Should I be concerned?

My spouse and mother in-law was working on cleaning out the shed and found mouse droppings so they put gloves on and clean everything up. Two of our chickens got out of there run while I was setting up a new areas for them so she came over to help get them back inside she forgot to take her gives off and pick up one of the chickens. Should I be concerned I know mouse poop can be dangerous.

Don't worry about it. your chickens may have many mouse encounters over time, and during the day will kill and eat them if possible!
