You're welcome! I won a contest and the prize was a 6 month GFM, so I thought you might like it. First thing to do is go to your profile and turn off the ads. Makes things work much more smoothly and quickly.

Hope things are going well for you. I did a solo grocery shopping trip for the first time in 2 weeks. My back went out and it sure is taking it's sweet time getting better. I took a whole bunch of bags to the grocery, so have a jillion very small loads I can lift by myself.

Not much news on the chicken front. Still 4 very determined broody Seramas and one zombie broody Orpington. The chicks are growing up, and crowing, but it's not too bad. I want to keep them as long as possible to see how they turn out looks wise. Still haven't gotten new pics. Except one on my phone. Very fuzzy and doesn't show hoe pretty the 2 smooth feathered boys are. Not a fan of the ones with silkied feathers.

so... I've been on my new diet for a week and a half, and today is the first day that I actually feel like myself! my knee is a bit sore, but it's still raining, so I'm chalking it up to that. wish it would dry up and the sun would come out, I would love to have some free range... I honestly have the energy to keep up with them for a change! I haven't stepped on a scale to see if I've gained or even lost any weight - my clothes still hang on me like I'm a skeleton, but my color is much better... and my mood is so greatly improved - I got some great photos today, something that has been bugging me for the last week or so, not just because of the rain... but I just wasn't "seeing" things the way I normally do. all the prayers and the good food are doing their job! and! I found a specialist within a hour's drive who specializes in the bizarre cases - odd brain lesions, hard to diagnose tick diseases, weird dietary issues and is very interested in Auto Brewery Syndrome. called for the referral, and should have an appointment fairly quickly.

I took a bath this morning myself...

a red breasted grosbeak with a beak full - I ate all kinds of healthy food today too...

but not bugs... like the downy woodpecker...

I love water droplets on flowers...

Specialist doctor sounds like just what you need! Someone who will take you seriously and not shrug. Do you watch much tv? Ever seen Mystery Diagnosis?.....

never watched Mystery Diagnosis, watch some TV, mostly reality, so I'll search for it. lately I've been really into the Two in a Million program. bringing people with rare diseases together because they've never experienced knowing someone who really knows how they feel...
