Should I intervene and help my chick hatch

I’m incubating some chicks and ducks together. One of them has already hatched, but the one in the video looks stuck. The membrane is dry. They’re still peeping and moving pls let me know

The chicks pipped like 3 days early so I’ve had it at 50 just today I increased it it’s sits at around 68-75

Okay perfect. Can you tell how dry it is? Like completely or kind of?

If it's completely dry, I would take it out and run it under lukewarm water. See if you can gently take the shell off.

I wouldn't wait too too long but yes, just monitor it and let's hope for the best!!

Use coconut oil notwater, water will dry it out more. How long since it piped? Is it moving its mouth like its eating? Still chirping?

Hi my chick made a circlul crack in the egg but no shell has fallen off. It happened overnight (1 day early) but hasn't made anymore progress in the last 9HR. I can hear it chirping, should I help it?
