Should I intervene and help my chick hatch

Hi my chick made a circlul crack in the egg but no shell has fallen off. It happened overnight (1 day early) but hasn't made anymore progress in the last 9HR. I can hear it chirping, should I help it?View attachment 4104024

Thank you! I'm in CA, in incubated at 30% humidity and have it set between 50-55 does that sound right?
