Should I stop turning?

So I have a new problem some of the quails keep pulling and nipping this quails legs should I separate this quail and is this problem ever going to stop?

How long has it been going on? Sometimes the chicks will do that, but it usually stops in less than a day. If they are continuing to pick on it, you may want to separate them into two batches, one with the bully (or bullies) and one with this one and some companions.

It just started this day.
 
I would keep an eye on them and only worry about it if they're still doing it tomorrow.
So this problem got worse I just came home today and saw this quail just laying on the ground I think it's the same one I sent a picture of It can't seem to walk good anymore and think something wrong with it's legs I'm not sure if I can heal it.
