She still has a tore up tummy with the weird colored watery poop. I started treating her for coccidiosis, I read that chicks can still get this even on the medicated feed, so I am praying this will help her, and treating the entire flock as a precaution. She was more alert today, and I am making sure she gets the treated water by using a syringe. Still not completely steady on her feet but she is standing and moving around more. Hopefully she pulls through this.

I was thinking maybe she was not eating and drinking enough, thats why. But do as Eggcessive says and treat for Corid. Praying for her
