I have chicks that are 6 weeks old. One is significantly smaller than the others. 2 weeks ago I noticed that when I held her she would bob her head and one of her eyes looked crusty as well as her beak so I cleaned it and got Vet Rx to try and help. It has not gotten crusty again but occasionally I will see a bubble in the eye and I haven’t noticed the head bobbing since then but she has started having excessive saliva. (Could be due to the Vet Rx? Maybe?)
She seems to be eating/drinking/pooping ok but I still don’t think she is “better.”
Is there any other meds or things I can do to try and improve her health?

Side note:
I have isolated her from the rest of the flock. She has had electrolytes and heat since day one.

Thank you for any advice and guidance.

Where did the chicks come from? Bubbles in an eye can be a symptom of mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) You could treat the chicks with Tylosin powder in their water for 5 days which can treat symptoms. If they have MG, they would still be carriers and could potentially have a future outbreak. Get Tylosin from pigeon suppliers. Here is one place to buy it:

Dosage is 1 tsp per gallon of water made every other day for 5 days.
Here is some reading about MG in chickens:
