We spotted our 5 year old Tabitha was isolating herself. She had a poopy bum and she had puffed herself up. We have given her Epson salt baths and isolated her for 2 days.

She eats and drinks when we put it in front of her but she doesn’t actively seek it out. She only stands in one spot and closes her eyes.

Her poops are very runny, sometimes only yellow and white with a bit of brown. No blood.

Her tummy is making loud noises. Vent looks normal but I’m not sure if her back side looks swollen or if it’s just normally like that. She hasn’t laid an egg in over a year so her lack of egg production isn’t abnormal for her. I took a picture after I bathed her to show the back of her better without her feathers covering it. No visible injuries and crop seems to be emptying as it’s flat in the morning.

Where I wasn’t sure if she was swollen, it’s swuishy, I can’t feel anything hard in there.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Poor thing, I'm so sorry!

She likely has a reproductive issue, or possibly organ failure. She does have a bloated abdomen and its probably one of the two issues I just mentioned. For her breed she is more suspectable to these issues, since she's laid a lot of eggs in her life. Not laying is also a sign of reproductive issues.
Unfortunately there's not much you can do, but just offer supportive care measures. You could also attempt to drain the abdomen as that may give her some relief, though since she's not having labored breathing it may not help, and it depends on what the issue is.
If you're up to it antibiotics may help. If she's got something reproductive enrofloxacin is the recommended one.
Try to keep her well fed, hydrated, and comfortable.

She passed away in the night. She went down hill pretty fast, she was no longer able to stand as of yesterday afternoon. We gave her lots of cuddles and made her extra comfortable last night knowing we probably wouldn’t see her today. 😔
Aw, I'm so sorry to hear this. You did the best you could and gave her excellent care. :hugs Take comfort in knowing she's not in pain anymore. :hugs
Losing them is always hard, so I understand.
