SICK CHICKEN PLZ HELP!!!!!!!

My buff Orpington hen is nearly 3 years old. She just started acting very lethargic, poor balance, white creamy liquid came or of her beak, and she is tucking her head in. She is barely moving and when she does it’s very slow. Her tail is also droopy. I attached a photo of her head position. Any advice would really be appreciated!

Sounds like a possible crop condition.. remove the food and monitor over night.. but also check this article and see if it helps at all..

Is she pooping? When was her last egg?

Hi thanks for responding!
I tried to clear out her crop already and not much came out. Do you think it could be a respiratory illness? I am not sure if she’s pooping or when her last egg was. I just isolated her so I will monitor that
