I have a 11 day old emu chick, she was fine yesterday, playing and following us around but this morning when I went to feed her I saw her lying on the ground unable to lift her head.
I sat with it for an hour and I saw that she couldn’t stand, it seemed like she couldn’t see
and when I let it on the ground by herself she was falling and flipping on her back unable to get back up.
Her head when I set her on the ground by herself was turning and twisting in all directions.
She was screaming when I tried to lift and fix the position of her head.
I also notice that she had developed reddish spots on her eyelids.
Has this happened to anyone else?
