In the Brooder

I have 2 separate situations here.
My 4 year old silkie (Miss Yue Crickets, Cricket for short) has had leaky eyes for 3 months. Yes, I gave her antibiotics, warm rag compresses, veterycin eye drops, but it's not going away!! It is like a clear watery discharge, with a couple small bubbles, she can see fine and get around as if it wasn't there. No sneezes and no trouble breathing. No funky smell. She went broody last month and her eyes got swollen shut, after being broody(I stopped her)They were normal but watery again. What is the best thing for me to use? It is not spreading to the other chickens, (yes I know it's good to separate, but we've been busy packing to move, she will also be going on a plane with us, but I don't want it to be detrimental to her)

My second issue, last week I got a "Freebie" hen, bantam Cochin mix(not a name yet, thinking of CupCake) with a hard mass in her eyesocket that does have bit of a smell. I've used warm wet compress, even a dose of antibiotics, trying to squeeze it out as people told me to do, but in 7 days it actually got worse. She didn't start to sneeze until yesterday. I don't know how long she's been like that, previous owners didn't say anything.

Can you get a close picture of her eye?I would try to get all the gunk out and apply some terramycin eye ointment.
