silkie smooth chicks?

Just wondering, has anyone ordered from them/received chicks? (The breeder on facebook)

Some will call silkies with smooth feathers Satins, but there is no such breed. Satin is a feather type.

I have a couple satin silkies.

This one is a naked neck (showgirl) satin silkie.


This is that one with its siblings, a couple of mottled satin silkies, and some just mottled silkies and another naked neck cuckoo silkie.


Most of the rest of mine are regular silkies, vaulted and bearded.

Oh you're asking about a business named Silkie Smooth Chicks, not the actual birds.

Well, nope. Sorry, never heard of them.

If you're looking for top-notch silkies, there's a list of breeders here but I can only say Indigoegg.us is the only I know and used on that list. https://www.backyardchickens.com/articles/silkie-breeders.77425/

In fact, I have eggs due to hatch June 27th from them.
