Silver laced wyandotte what have i got.

I purchased these two as unsexed silver laced ( chance of blue laced )
Early on all my google expertness leads me to think both are boys.
Equal length flight feathers.
Head hanging
Slow to feather
Overall attitude

Now this photo shows them both at just over 4 weeks. The closest chick has less red around the neck with more grey colouring but it also has noticeably thicker legs and more of a rooster stance all round.

Any thoughts on these two ?

And curious you shall remain. Give them another 2 to 3 weeks then take and post new pictures.

Harsh response but fair I guess. Both will be staying with the flock unless one crows in a few months but I'm more interested in how this pair of identical chicks from the same hatch are growing differently.

Its probably too early to tell. Update us in a few weeks, and it'll be easier to tell!

At four weeks, the wings on the chicks are short, so I'm going with boys. Typically you would see the wings extend past the butt, and some prominent tail feathers if they were girls.

I'd repost pictures in a week or three and watch the comb development.
