Small embryo chick day 18

Hey guys!!
First time hatching. This is the one egg I was most hoping for to hatch. It's almost day 19 and I've got one hatched, 2 pipped from incubating.
The airspace is growing! It still has veins, but it is so small and, I didn't see movement in the short time I candled. Thoughts?

It is probably dead, the dark portion is clumped embryo, the clear is liquid, the veins haven’t completely broken down yet. That much space in a near hatch egg is almost always a bad sign.

Leave it in, it looks fine for day 19.

I would leave it, some can be slower and hatch a day or two late, but I question why you are candling eggs at almost day 19 which would be after lockdown, which in most cases means you aren't opening the incubator, unless this egg is under a hen... And hatched at day 19 kind of makes me think we are not talking about chickens...
