I have Silkie chicks for sale, some a week to 2 weeks, a few a little older. I'm in South Central Arkansas, close to Arkadelphia.

I'm selling these as pet quality although some will make fine breeders. I just don't have the room at the moment to raise them up until they're older. Here are some pics though.

They all have the proper skin, toes, feathering, etc to fit the standard, and are strong and healthy, and no DQ's as far as I can tell. I have blue, black and white.

Parents are shown on my BYC page.

Not really sure what to ask for chicks this young. I've sold older ones for $10.00 each.

I also have several male chicks of laying varieties that I need to find homes for. Some are EE's, a few are mixed. All are adorable, and free! These are a few weeks old to a couple of months old.

I also have one 3 or 4 month old solid white Easter Egger cockerel for $5.00 or fair trade of something I might need that's chicken or gardening related. Garden plants, tools, etc... He's a nice boy and very pretty.

Where in Ark. are you? I am in Louisiana.

Oh, I'm sorry, I meant to mention that I'm in Southern Arkansas, close to Arkadelphia, pretty close to Sparkman. I'm a little over an hour from Texarkana.

how much would shipping be to WA? I want to get silkies for my daughter

No, I'm sorry but I can't ship them.

I'm sure there are some breeders closer to you than I am though, probably some on this board.

I also have more Silkie eggs in the incubator that will hatch at the end of this month.

My bearded white Silkie just decided to go broody on me, and my non-bearded white was already broody and is being "Mom" to all these. My blue hen is the only one still laying now, so the ones due to hatch at the end of the month may be my last chicks for a good while.

How far are you from Springdale? I have been wanting a couple of the evil critters for a while now......

I also have some roos for free. a couple of EE's (really pretty, red & white and red, grey & white) and a black sex link. Maybe a partridge cochin or two. They are still a little too young to be sure which are roos
