By "staff" I assumed mod. I think that's where you have to start
Either way you have to have a certain mind set to do any of those jobs. It's probably not always fun and I don't think it would be for them.
Thinking they would have to make some changes within themselves to be efficient and carry out the duties.
Just not close enough to the type needed IMO.
