exactly! I didn't have it for 37 hours and I was weirdly sad and I just didn't feel good. I just had a cup and I'm feeling better. I think once a day is a good start

omg once I had an inhaler because asthma or something and then I lost it, so I just never used it again and now I don't have trouble breathing anymore
