I've never made cinnamon rolls or sticky buns before and they look good!

I've also never made dough, can someone explain the scalded milk to me please?

Also do you think that putting pecans in the topping would be ok? I love pecans....

I am hoping the runners start laying soon, the geese have.

I got a goose egg today that is not hatchable, too narrow, so I will find something that requires three eggs and use it for that.

I just heat the milk to right under boiling. I'm not really sure you even need to even to that anymore. I know they used to always do that when everyone used raw milk.,,,maybe it's just a holdover from then.

Pecans would be good in the topping. My mom always put them in her sticky buns.​

This egg did have a huge beautiful orange yolk which looks great they moved out into the movable coop before she laid this so their are lots of yummy protiens and buggs I am so happy my flock gets to move every day and have beautiful orange yolk (sorry to ramble waiting for them to raise
