Strange bump under vent

Hello, all! I have a few new baby chicks that I'm raising in a brooder. Today is their second day of life. When I got my little brahma girl she had some pasty butt. Today when I was cleaning her I noticed that below her vent there was this strange bump that was like white with a black/dark maroon head. It seemed painful for her when I touched it to try to clean the area. Does anyone have any idea what it might be? I'm worried about her! Thanks.

Looks like it's the navel.
It shouldn't be pain, I would worry that it may be trying to get infected. I'd lightly swab it with Chlorhexidine, then apply a small amount of triple antibiotic ointment.

Is she eating/drinking o.k.?

Yes, you can use Vetericyn and Original Neosporin.
