Strange Spot On Head

Hello! I have two Roman Tufted goslings that I am raising with some chicks to have them to protect against hawks. One of our goslings has a wet looking spot on its head. It doesnt seem to be bothering it, and I don't see blood, but it's been like this since yesterday. I'm not sure if the other gosling nipped at it and it *does* have a sore spot. Any insight? Thanks! I'll attach pictures of the spot on its head and then one of the other gosling for reference of what it looked like before this.

Looks like someone messed with it. Could even been the chicks. If you have blue kote take a qtip and dab some on the sore place because you need to disguise this area from the chicks. Goslings are also bad for chewing on each other but you don't want blood, chickens are drawn to red and blood would cause the chicks to go after that area.

I don't have blue kote, can I add neosporin or baccitracin, or is blue kote safer? New to this so I don't want to do something harmful! Thanks! :)
