Stretches

Hen just started this. She is stretching out a wing then does the same with leg of the same side while standing. Then switched to the other side doing the same thing.
Only 16 months old.
I have 10 hens, I've never seen this b4. Any ideas or am I just being over cautious.

In my experience it is a common practice. If all else is okay with her, there are no worries.
