Stubborn Lice

I am having a problem with lice on my hens. I have Poultry and Garden Dust and have treated them twice, about seven days apart. I still see the eggs at the base of the feathers near their vent. Should I switch to a different product like Sevin or am I just not treating frequently enough? I want to get rid of the little buggers!

here in South africa i have problem with lice and sand fleas. I also use carbodust design to take away this problem but with no sucess so then i get advice from a long time chicken and pheasant breeder to use malasol(product in south africa for controlling lice on plants).
I mixed 50 ml/5 liter water and spray my poultry and and worked. So i don t know if you have something like that in the states.

Thanks for the info! I did a Google search for Malasol and it appears the active ingredient is Malathion, is that correct? Also could you tell me what percentage of Malathion your product contains before you mix it with the water?
