If it are you’re chickens you can bring the rooster to the slaughter house yourself or post an add to make someone collect the rooster.

At first he said that these are my chickens then he said that they are his because they live on his land and eat his wallet so they "owe" him. I can't drive them to the slaughter house because I don't have a driver's permit. I also don't think that I can post a add because that means that a stranger would have to drive to my house and take the rooster, my dad hates people.

I don't know what you want us to tell you. You won't pin him separately, you won't get rid of him, you won't do anything. Your hens are going to keep suffering if you don't step up and do something. That's not fair to them.
You can look into chicken saddle aprons for the hens, that would help keep him from clawing them up. Other than that, you can't change the rooster.

I already said that he pulls the saddles off their backs. Also I was asking is there anything I can put on the rooster or dull his nails with a nail file or something to prevent him from hurting the hens. I know that it is not fair for my hens, I love them greatly, it is just that my dad thinks different.

Tell you're dad he made a promise and he can not brak it just like that. Are you sure he isn't teasing you?

Say that you are more responsible than he is in taking care of you're flock. And you are going to kill the rooster because the behaviour of the rooster is unacceptable and will not improve. Better 1 rooster in the freezer and 2 hens laying eggs than 2 hens dead and a lonely rooster in the coop.
