Looks like as of February of this year they are still not allowed.

Hi, I'm in Wisconsin, but I'm just bombing your thread as my roots are in Minnesota. I went to Kindergarten in Monticello, MN, and graduated from H.S. in Staples, MN. My dad is still alive and now lives in Milaca, MN. My sister and her hubby own a huge commercial turkey farm in Motley, MN. I have two other sisters in Princeton and Brainard, MN.

Every August, we all head to Black Bear Lake in Crosby, MN for a family reunion. I almost always show up with chicks that couldn't be left at home. I go home with them all too lol.
