It looks like a roo to me. He actually looks a lot like my original creasted roo (the one that you commented on) did at that age. He should get a lot more red as he matures.

Doing the happy dance today! Two of my three SFH hens have been laying, but the third has been "practicing" and checking out each of the nest boxes. Well... today I went out and saw this:



And sure enough, a bit later I found this:


All three of my beautiful girls are laying! And their eggs are each a little different which makes it easy for me to know who lays which egg!
