Swollen eye(s), eyes cloudy and lethargic

My year old Easter Egger hen Arthur suddenly got ill, suddenly as in the past two days. We knew she had bumblefoot and I ordered a treatment kit I was just waiting for it to arrive when probably the day before yesterday she was kind of closing one eye and wouldn't free range she just stayed under the coop.

Yesterday we noticed swelling in the left eye and she was keeping it closed and both eyes were *slightly* cloudy and now today it's very swollen and cloudy and she does not want to open it at all. I thought maybe she just got an injury so was looking into antibacterial eye drops but after just checking on her again I'm worried the eye might be a symptom of a larger issue.

I saw her poop yesterday, it was a little foamy and slightly green but nothing that was too out of left field. She did not roost last night, we found her under the coop and had to get her out and put her in a nesting box and she did not leave the box until I put her next to the waterer a couple hours ago. As far as I can tell she isn't drinking.

I'm going to set up a brooder for her to separate her from everyone and give her somewhere to recover but beyond that I'm at a loss on what to do.

I have no idea what is on her beak in the picture, I put her next to the waterer and she had her head in it for a minute then kind of laid against the side so I'm hoping it's just damp bedding from the run rather than some kind of vomit or discharge but as far as I can tell there's been no discharge from the eye just swelling and cloudiness.

It's probably not necessary but I added a picture of what her eye normally looks like at the end for comparison.

I got my hands on terramycin and started treating her with that today except things have gotten worse so in hopes more people will have some ideas I'm updating.

Yesterday I was able to get almost two full syringes of water into her over the course of two or three hours but starting last night around 8 it's like she no longer has control of her neck, I can't tell if it's just weakness from not eating or drinking but she can't lift her head. It's not flopping around like wry neck or anything but she can't hold her head up and she lays to the side or with it tucked mostly.

At some point today she did move to a different spot in the sick bay we have her in. We looked her over again and sprayed her down with elector psp as she can't dust bathe and we found some bugs on her we also used a syringe to get some raw milk into her system, we were desperate to get her any kind of nutrition because she hasn't eaten in at least two days.

There might be some kind of mucus/discharge coming from her mouth but her throat looks normal to me and I couldn't really get a good view of what it was but we had to use a damp paper towel to wipe her face and beak down because it was sticky and there was bedding stuck to it so whatever it is is clear.

All our other chickens are totally fine, and with how fast all these symptoms came on if someone else had it I'm pretty sure someone would be showing symptoms so as for now it's just her.
