Taking chickens on an airplane?

It depends, Frontier, Delta and Alaskaair are the only airlines that allow birds, whether chickens count as birds, I'm still looking. I too want chickens from NC.
I know Alaska Air doesn’t allow poultry. I haven’t been able to find ann airline that will allow poultry. My chicken is even designated an emotion support animal by my doctor. Let me know if you can find one!
By the way I just loooked at Frontier Airlines pet policy and they don’t outright say “no” poultry. Might want to call and check with them.

If it's a legit support pet, you may need to call and ask. But with bird flu a real threat, they may still say no.
