Looks quite old.

If you have old chargers laying around, see if you have one that matches the voltage and amperage the laptop requires. If the charger has more amps than the laptop says it should be fine.

In my experience most Dells use one of two plugs: A big one and a small one, both barrels. I would think HP would be the same in terms of its way of dealing with plugs.

I pulled my Note 9 out of a drawer. It's a real shame Samsung doesn't support that thing anymore. Best designed phone I've used. It even has a headphone jack and microSD card slot. No other phone that I've used in the past 3 years as a daily had those (with the exception of the iPhone 5s having a headphone jack).
