Texas

Both states have variations in climate. Texas is so varied that you'd have to narrow that down. For instance east Texas, west Texas, coastal Texas, panhandle all differ.
What part of Texas and what part of Florida?
I’m in central Texas, so I was curious to compare my climate with Florida. But I do not have any specific part of Florida in mind.

What is the climate difference between Texas and Florida?
Not much other than he found 2.5 aecrs for $25,000. It's still coastal just a little farther north, lots of trees, not as many restrictions. Closer to people he cares about and has known for years. They have come a visited us a few times.

It's on the east side of Milton FL. Not more than an hr out from Pensacola I believe. Out of the flood area but still somewhere we might get hit with hurricanes.

Anyone's flock molting?
I've seen my roo picking at his own feathers a bunch, but caught me off guard to see how many were missing off of his chest yesterday. Basically a multi-inch patch with no feathers. I'll try and take a pic later, but I'm about to head out of town and am afraid it's something more serious that requires care.

Both my chickens and ducks are molting.
