The Average weight of a jumbo egg is 71 grams so 100 grams is?

This girl started laying about a month ago and has been laying from 70-72 every day for a few weeks now but she outdid herself the other day.When we had it for breakfast there was only one yolk.She has set the bar high for my other layers now

I planned to but my husband scrambled it and ate it..he forgot I wanted the picture.It only had one yolk I figured it would have a few in there.
Edited to add we had a new layer lay a 75gram for her 3rd egg but it was a double yolker the next day..my chickens are confused and laying like crazy right now

She is a Sex link RIR cross...Momma hen was a sex link-still is actually and Daddy Roo is a RIR all of her eggs are very big but she outdid herself that time.She lays every day too..just one of those going to be great laying Mutts
