The Hidden Door-A Role Play (AKA The Most Dangerous Coffee Shop II)

Lilith nodded slowly, lost in her thoughts as she looked down at the glistening water, the reflection of herself staring back up at her. Her lip twitched a little, brow furrowing. The last hours had been like a blur to her, but she could definitely tell nothing in her life had effected her so much and that her father's death would be a turning point. Probably for the worse.
She shook her head to try and shake the thoughts from herself, shuffling back a step and looking back at Kevin once more. I lost Dad, and Kylan lost May... Something happened during Kevin's proposal... "I think I know." She muttered, paling. "I killed... Dad's gone." She croaked, before motioning to Kylan nearby. "May just died for him, and will for me, tomorrow." She then nodded at Kevin's ring. "You uhm, lost someone, too. And all the kids around here feel just as broke as us. It has to be related to that... We're all... Well, in really bad places in our lives."

Kevin looked at Lilith, dropping his hand from his ring. “But my partner- ex partner,” he corrected himself, “didn’t die. It just... wasn’t the right time. We were still planning to be friends.” He glanced around at the little kids. Some of them seemed way to happy to have lost something.

Blair had scooted away from Take and the strange woman, hiding at the base of a tree. She put on hand on the ground, but instead of feeling grass, she hit something cold. She wrapped her hand around it, bringing it to her face. It was glowing, a picture of a brown and white dog popping up on the screen. A...phone?
She glanced at the time that showed up in white font. 1:43 AM. January 7th, 2020.
Her eyes widened. It's August. My birthdays soon...and its not 2020...
She swiped the screen, like she knew what she was doing even though she never used one, throughly confused. When the phone asked for a code, she didn't even miss a beat. 8232. My birthday. How do I know that?
The picture that popped up on the home screen nearly made her throw the phone. It was a older, less beat up and grinning version of Take. Her breath hitched, her eyes widening even further. She swiped and tapped buttons, and suddenly a whole bunch of photos showed up. A snowy park, a blonde girl her age playing with the same brown and white dog in the first picture. There were many pictures of said dog, landscapes of a dry, cactus filled place. Food and sunsets and places, and several selfies of a girl scattered in. A girl with darker skin, dark, long hair and yellow eyes. Her.
The farther she swiped down, she found pictures of the older version of her and Take together, Take with the same dog. Her mother and father and she brother even further down. All much older versions.
She lurched to her feet, agrivating her wounds but she didn't care. She stumbled back towards the waters edge. "Take!"
Hana took her gaze away from Take after trying a way to converse with the boy, but it resulted in failure, she just couldn’t understand him as much as she wanted to. She could tell he was trying to dumb it down for her, but none of it clicked. Surprisingly only knowing that he asked if she could speak English. She gave him a apologetic look and a dip of her head, “Gomen-nasai” she whispered before walking away from him and towards the group that was also around the lake. The massive cougar immediately catching her eye, That’s..a really giant cat..

Take’s attempts in trying to communicate with the injured martial arts lady were proving too difficult for him, unable to overcome the language barrier. He let an upset sigh, not with her, but himself. Unless he knew her language, or she knew English, they would be conversing much easier. But this wasn’t the case. Oddly, ‘French’ came into his head, Why am I thinking of French..? She doesn’t speak French.. at least I don’t think so...What does French have to do with all this..? He turned his attention quickly towards the stumbling Blair who called out his name urgently, sounding important. His eyes were wide in alert, his hands jerking open in response to her sudden movements, “W-What is it?” he asked worriedly.

I don’t really understand what’s going on, or what this has to do with poultry, so here goes:

Qwaylie, a 3-year-old Black Sumatra hen, can change into a 20 year old girl with feathery black hair. She can remove sharp feathers from her hair and use them as projectile weapons. As a hen, if she stands still, she will be invisible.

Could someone explain what’s going on? I’m new to this sort of thing.

Kyle was a bit miffed at being ignored. And he was tired and hungry. Rylie had wandered into a bush. Kyle followed him, chewing on some m&ms that he had stashed in his pockets furiously.
It had been a stressful day, and absolutely nothing made any sense. When he exited the bush, Rylie remained his same kitten self, but Kyle was himself again. The m&ms were raisins again, and he was wearing a nearly identical but different set of pants and shirt.
"I don't know what happened..." he muttered. "That water gave me serious amnesia. I think I changed into my past self, which was weird. "But now I'm all here again, I think..." he shoved his fingers into his pockets. (and thus Kyle is himself again)

"July 9th." Cam's petting moved to Buck's shoulders. "Oh... you mean the year? July 9th, 2004."
"You're really 15." He informed her. "It's 2020."

Aria bounced around.
Kylan watched her, shaking his head a little. "Ari, you are insanely hyper, you know that?"
Lilith shrugged, reverting back to an old habit of running her fingers through her long locks of black hair, but lowering her hand and staring at it blankly after realizing its metal components now inhibited her from feeling anything with it. "I don't know, man. What I meant was, that still seems like a profound impact on your life." She muttered, not looking away from her hand. "You asked why it's today or whatever that we reverted back to, maybe it's because it's the most impacting day for us." She offered dully.
"I think we dig here." They were in a side tunnel, the only light being a single torch and another child's helmet. "It's really dark in here," Noah said, dragging his pocket behind him, making a scratching sound that set your teeth on edge. The child with the light was slamming his pick into a rock. His dimly lit face was emotionless. Noah realized then how low the ceiling was, barely a foot above his head. That explained why they had measured the kids. The tunnel was wide, however.
Torin came up beside him, wincing at the noises. "It is." He muttered, glancing around nervously.
He gripped his pickaxe tighter, before drawing it above his head and slamming it down into the rocks beside him. "Like that...?"

“I know” Aria giggled
