If I'm not mistaken she's dealt with Chromebooks..

They don't last very long in my experience, and when they get old, they are just annoying

Shoddy laptop. New ones are hot garbage. I have two old ones that are actually upgradeable (more memory and storage), but all the new ones have everything soldered on the mainboard.
