This is amazingly perfect!
I love warm, fresh, chocolate cake... but my roomies won't help me eat it! If I make a whole cake its up to me and the kids (who should be encouraged to eat cake in moderation) to finish it off. But with this recipe, I can satisfy my craving with ONE piece... no tempting leftovers. Brilliant!

going to have to experiment all day tomorrow with this, hubbie is Type2 (until they officially change the destinations) ... so splena works? I'll be the judge of that....

My coco powder is Sugar free already as are my coco chips - we take our milk whole thank you but otherwise...

So ppl that use applesauce is that unsweetened applesauce? do you use less sugar?

I made mine tonight:

Flour, hot cocoa pack, small (banty) egg, small amount of oil, and water { Sorry I did not measure, I never do when I bake} and 1 minute in the microwave, then sothered in chocolate sauce.. YUMMMY
