We got another 2.25” last night. I think we are done planting. Thunderstorms again tomorrow. Hubby is out on the Gator now checking things out. It’s not good.

Good morning. Merry? Not yet. Still recovering from yesterday. Drove to son and DIL's - discovered that someone forgot to put the bag with meds and clothes change in the car - visited - drove home - 7 hrs in the car. Too much for old bodies. The Princess is still sleeping at 9:30 AM.

That was a long day...take it easy today!

My very favorite disaster movie is the original 1972 "Poseidon Adventure". It had such a great line up of actors: Gene Hackman, Shelley Winters, Arthur O'Connell, Roddy McDowell, Stella Stevens, Red Buttons, and others.

That scene where the ship was upside down and people were falling all over in the dining room gave me nightmares for a long time.

The previews to that movie was enough for me. I don't do scary movies. I like movies like "Sleepless in Seattle". There are a lot more movies like "The Fire Starter" that have action involved but are not so frightening as that one is a Good Girl against evil forces.

I like both the movies you mentioned too. I like a pretty wide variety of movies.
