Morning DMC, are you cold and snowy up there in MN?

We're going to reach mid-50's today with rain overnight. No snow in the forecast for the next 10 days. I'm hoping for a white Christmas!

We’ve had a couple very cold days. Last night was brutal with the wind. There’s not a lot of snow, thank goodness. We got a dusting last night. I hope you get your white Christmas. I’m hoping it stays away from us until the new year.

It was wild yesterday. I’m so glad it’s the weekend.
My friend and I are making lefse today. Neither of us really know what we’re doing. I’ve made it several times, but I am no pro. They are edible and that’s about it.

My mother used to make them. She would make them for breakfast. We called them potatoe pancakes. She also made potatoe pancakes using mashed potatoes. Those were my favorites and they were the easiest to make.

It should be better than yesterday.

Not really. I’m doing peanut butter blossoms with the kiss, Oreo Bon Bons, and the almond bark dipped peanut butter Ritz crackers, possibly a few cut outs and some Spritz for my son.
