That looks delicious. I just made egg salad yesterday. I would love that bread to go with it. I’m trying to get into sourdough again. It’s not going well. I’m taking a class with my daughter in law next week. My son wants her to get into it too.

G’morning DMC. I have never done well with sourdough but give it a go every few years. Usually the starter ends up a dead, dry mess in the back of the fridge. I still try once in a while, I hope your class helps.

Good morning all. We are at an actual -18 right now. We will not be out for recess again today. Lots of our kids have not figured out how to dress appropriately. I had to tell one of our second graders to put pants on going out to the bus line. He argued of course.

We had almost 40 kids out yesterday. I don’t know that I want to go to work today. Influenza A and strep are hitting hard.

This is why I’m glad the boys are homeschooling, stay healthy!

Thanks! I don’t think my house is warm enough. It never doubles in size. I end up getting frustrated and tossing it. Maybe I should learn to have patience.
