I had it in my head I was making cake. Apparently there is a correct order to mixing thingsAnyway…I was not impressed with it. I was expecting bold chocolate. For what it costs, I’ll stick with Hershey’s. It was $33 for a 2.2 lb bag. I was influenced by a baker I follow. Her cakes are good.
Non dutch cocoa is better for Brownies. I have mixed black cocoa with dutch cocoa in recipes and it tasted good.
