That seems pretty close to me.

When my boys were growing up, my parents lived 12 hours away so my boys called them their make believe grandma/pa. Their father's parents lived in town so kids called them the real grandma/pa.

I'm going to tell them you said so next time they gripe about how long the drive takes. Of course, if you have a car sick child, it seems much longer.
