Good morning Old folks foraging for food today.

Good afternoon Old Folks. High in the mid 80's today. Low 60's to cool the house at night.

Looks like we may finally get our first rain in several weeks now next Wednesday or Thursday. Then to top it off we may get a lot more with some major wind to go with it soon after that. From what I'm seeing we may get a hurricane near here yet this season. I'd rather have it here than for those folks who have been hit not once but twice to get another one that clobbers them.

Hey old Folks hope all are well.

No real rain here in weeks. None expected now still until mid November.

It is dangerously dry here too. Not much chance of rain any time soon.

I am happy to say I have lost 20 pounds so far! Asked the doctor for some pills to help me out. Hoping to lose more, it's awful being obese!

Same here, Cap. Day 34 with no measurable rain. Creeks have dried up and plants and animals are hurting for water.
