Same here, Cap. Day 34 with no measurable rain. Creeks have dried up and plants and animals are hurting for water.

We are riverfront, the level of the water is low, but still a great volume of water. Hubby saw a herd of deer and a turkey here yesterday.

There is a flock of turkeys that come twice a day to feed under the bird feeders and drink from the containers I have provided.

I am happy to say I have lost 20 pounds so far! Asked the doctor for some pills to help me out. Hoping to lose more, it's awful being obese!

A friend of mine has lost 29 on the keto diet. She said it is, hands down, the easiest diet she's ever been on.
