Where did you find the big rubber one at and how are you keeping the ducks out of it? My ducks all bathe in their big unheated rubber pans but they will soon be freezing as it is going to get really cold here in Ohio before long. Thanks

Expensive but I had sold some things on Facebook marketplace and got some Christmas money so I got this bucket.. I realized I have 12 fake grass squares in my shed. I took them out to hose them off and going to use them around the bucket for helping the ducks to reach better.

Thanks for the information. I have some tall plastic buckets like that without the handle that my tall ducks can drink out of. Between my Muscovy and Blue Swedish and Mule Duck they are big enough to be able to just reach into them. I had just never seen a rubber one before. I appreciated the information.

Of course, my dear you are more than welcome. So I’ve been watching to see if any of them use the bucket. I’ve seen several of them walk up to it and bob their head up and down like they’re measuring the height and then they walk away , but my silver apple who is a big girl, decided she could handle it .

I think when I add a few layers of fake grass squares perhaps they will all start to like it. If not, I can use this for my geese.

Yes I know my taller ducks could handle it for sure. It's tall enough that they would not try to get into it too. Nice bucket, thanks for sharing. I might need to get one since I have added more ducks to my flock and the cold is on its way. Thanks again for sharing.

What breed is the duck on the right? - She looks almost exactly like my Milka Duck, except that Milka has a white spot on her neck…
