Thanks she's very cute. I'm trying to figure out how to contact someone that has water quality rights to my creek. There are subdivisions going in around me and they are dumping in my creek.

If you think someone is dumping stuff, my suggestion is to start documenting - pics, descriptions, and dates. Have you got a field camera you could use?

We have some Meth-heads living upstream on four-mile creek, my property border, and you can't imagine what is going on in that water… Sometimes the fish glow in the dark and the toads dance with the worms.
