Thermometers disagreeing...recommendations for accuracy?

I have five call ducks eggs in the incubator. The incubator temp itself is off (cheaper model) so I've been using two of the little thermometer/hygrometers that you can get in a pack on Amazon. However they're disagreeing by about a degree. Any recommendations for a more accurate thermometer?

You could measure the shell temp to get an idea of which sensor is more accurate:

And maybe get a Govee:

@casportpony Thank you so much for the recommendation! The govee works amazingly! I only wish I had one early; hopefully it's not to late for my remaining duckies.
