It's all of them I have 17 besides her and they all pack her even the nice ones and I can't figure out why they peck her there's even peck marks on a feathers she's about a year old but even the ones that are same age as her peck her they're the same breed the breed is ISA BrownHow old is she? Is she the same age as the others? Same breed and color too? Who's doing the bullying? Is it the whole flock or just one bird? Sometimes it's just one bird and the bully will need to be separated to reset the pecking order.
She has been with them almost her whole life and she started getting bullied about a month ago there's a large Watering Bowl and a huge feeder they get treats all the time and I don't know the size of the coop but I know there's plenty of space for them they have a double decker pen with a run so I don't know why they're picking her do you think she could be sick with bird flu?Has she been part of the flock from the beginning, or did she just join? When did the bullying start? How many feeders and waterers do you have? How big is the coop in feet (LxW)? What is the length of the roost they sleep on, in feet?
She's already introduced even the one she hatched with she's getting bullied byHow are you introducing her?
Do you mean the coop that they sleep in has two levels? Do all the chickens have access to both levels? Do they all go back and forth into both levels or do some live in the top and others in the bottom? Which level does this hen live in?double decker pen with a run
Can we get a picture of your set up? Can't picture this:

This sounds like an overcrowding problem to me.
It can't be an overcrowding problem there is plenty of space there is three rosts and there's only 10 chickens in it one rooster and nine hens and the rooster sleeps in the bottom because he can't climb the ramp cuz he can't grip it with his feetCan we get a picture of your set up?
