I have a hen who I suspect has a pretty rough case of internal parasites (acting like a 100% healthily hen, however has bad feather quality, is skinny, and has runny poop)

This is the only thing I’ve found locally that could treat it, however I can not find anything about egg withdrawal time, any ideas?

Do you have a name or picture of a product? Can you post a picture of the chicken and the poops? Could she be molting? Have you inspected her skin for evidence of lice or mites?

I’ve throughly inspected for mites and have not seen any, I did add wood ash and other preventives to their dirt bath just in case.
I don’t believe it’s a molt or pecking order issue. I orginally suspected a molt but this has gotten progressively worse over a month or so, not like the rest of the molts I’ve seen. She not bottom of the pecking order and holds her own easily.

I gave her a bath earlier today, (warm water mainly to rinse the crude from her behind)

I do not feed heavily on treats, right now they are getting fresh veggies and 22% layer pellets as a staple, fresh green and clean water as well

I’m really puzzled as what caused it, I attached a flock photo as well to just show the feather quality on the rest of my hens. (I don’t have a rooster)

That wormer is albendazole, the same active ingredient that is in Valbazen. It also contains levamisole, another wormer that is not necessary. It also increases the egg withdrawal time, which for albendazole is only 14 days. I prefer to just use Valbazen 1/2 ml given orally and then repeated in 10 days, which gets most all worms except tapeworms which are rare.

I suspect that your chicken is being feather picked by the other chickens. Her red vent area and all of the missing raggedy feathers look like it. I would keep looking for any lice or mites. If you find any, those may be treated with Permethrin garden dust or permethrin spray. Here are pictures and an article about what to look for:
