And Cherokee!

Managed to get the coop fixed up this weekend, husband is just putting the finishing touches on now. This will be the last "weekly" update, because we're moving the tomatoes out of the garage brooder and into the coop out at my uncle's farm tonight!
9 weeks, they're looking so big now!

Bumble Bee, first to hatch and first to crow. He's the reason we're moving them out to the farm tonight, before the neighbors rat us out to the city (we're not allowed roosters in town)!

Apollo's muffs have come back around to being ridiculously fluffy. The calmest of the pullets, she's probably my favorite.

Cherry, on the other hand, is turning out to be the flightiest of the lot! At least I know she should be able to evade any hawks out at the farm.

I can't remember if I've mentioned it before, but Rose has developed the tiniest beard! She's still the smallest chick by far.

Sungold, on the other hand, is the largest chick by far! This boy is solid! And with the red coming in on his shoulders I feel like he's living up to his name.

Pretty boy Anne is probably the calmest cockerel.
1000019159.jpg
And he's already started getting his pointy saddle feathers in!

And last but not least, Cherokee is turning into a lovely buff columbian.
