Tolbunt Polish Cockerel??

This is Marty. Marty was a Mavis, but now I'm sure she's a he. He's 13 weeks and he's a handsome Tolbunt Polish. Pointed tail feathers, wacky hair, but no reddening of the face yet. Nor does he have waddles. He's bearded but not fully like his brother was. (RIP Otis...) Yes, his comb was kinda wet in these pics. I don't have a rooster, but I'm praying he's a he. He's such a sweetheart.
