1st is a cockerel, second I think a pullet!
They all look like pullets to me!
So the first 4 pictures, are of Houdini (he found the only spot with a hole in my brooder to escape from) which Iām pretty sure is my cockerel, and the other 3 pictures are of my possible female. They are 9 weeks old this week!I'm so sorry that happened!! Sometimes it just happens out of nowhere it seems with no reason. Our guys are still pretty spiky and girls are having more cotton ball shaped crests. Can you post a pic of the one you think is a female gold now?? Spike and Bodie are pinking in the wattles and the girls have nothing going on in the wattle department.
Sorry for the long wait-- I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction (just one but owwww). At least they knocked me out. It may be a pullet if it's been molting. I'll try to catch one of our gold polish roos for comparison. They're 8 weeks old this weekend so not far behind in age. They're fast little turds and like my mom better then me .So the first 4 pictures, are of Houdini (he found the only spot with a hole in my brooder to escape from) which Iām pretty sure is my cockerel, and the other 3 pictures are of my possible female. It's okay. Sorry I'm still a bit slow. Here's our crower. They're 8 1/2 weeks today.Hereās the same pictures, just labeled for whoās who sorry again!
Sorry I'm slow again. Here's our golden polish cockerel. I don't know if it helps. He started crowing yesterday. So I had a devastating loss and I believe I lost one of my boy goldās and Iām really not even sure why. He just all of a sudden became lethargic at about 6pm (stopped eating and drinking), and by the next morning he was gone. On the other hand, I may have 1 boy 1 girl gold polish now, I could be wrong but looks like the crest is changing shape and now is resembling my female white crested blue?
