1st is a cockerel, second I think a pullet!

They all look like pullets to me!

I'm so sorry that happened!! Sometimes it just happens out of nowhere it seems with no reason. Our guys are still pretty spiky and girls are having more cotton ball shaped crests. Can you post a pic of the one you think is a female gold now?? Spike and Bodie are pinking in the wattles and the girls have nothing going on in the wattle department.
So the first 4 pictures, are of Houdini (he found the only spot with a hole in my brooder to escape from) which Iā€™m pretty sure is my cockerel, and the other 3 pictures are of my possible female. They are 9 weeks old this week!

Sorry for the long wait-- I had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction (just one but owwww). At least they knocked me out. It may be a pullet if it's been molting. I'll try to catch one of our gold polish roos for comparison. They're 8 weeks old this weekend so not far behind in age. They're fast little turds and like my mom better then me šŸ¤£.

Update to the original two. One started crowing, figured is was #1 due to the thoughts about it being a cockeral. However, the crower was #2. I rehomed #2 a week ago and no more crowing. The breeder suggested holding onto #1 a little longer due to the lack of pointed crest feathers. So, we will see. Updated photos below:

#2 - Rehomed

So I had a devastating loss and I believe I lost one of my boy goldā€™s šŸ˜ and Iā€™m really not even sure why. He just all of a sudden became lethargic at about 6pm (stopped eating and drinking), and by the next morning he was gone. On the other hand, I may have 1 boy 1 girl gold polish now, I could be wrong but looks like the crest is changing shape and now is resembling my female white crested blue?
Sorry I'm slow again. Here's our golden polish cockerel. I don't know if it helps. He started crowing yesterday.
