In April of 2024, I bought 11 beautiful Silkie Chicks, but I didn't know if they were male or female. And after four months , two of them started to crow and I finally decided to see which ones are roosters and which ones are hens, and after 15 minutes of looking at them, there were only 3 hens and 8 roosters. What do I do?

There are a few options.
If you don't want to have that many you can post on Craigslist, put up flyers in the feed stores, and advertise them here https://www.backyardchickens.com/forums/chickens-8-weeks-older.35/

If you want to keep them you can try a bachelor flock. That means a coop and run of just the males. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. I would say more often than not it doesn't work and things get nasty.

Then there is culling them by doing them in.

Sell, cull, eat, rehome, set up bachelor groups.

If you free range, some of the rogue cockerels might be taken out by predators
