Uh oh, vent bleeding doesn’t sound good. As for the feathers, is there any broken ones or plucked ones? Sometimes they bleed if broken too close to the skin or are plucked.

Ever since I noticed her bleeding, she hasn't been eating. I've only been able to give her some water but other than that, she won't eat.We have treated vent gleet with Epsom salt 1/4 cup to a five gallon bucket of water 3/4 . About 107 degrees. Then put her in bucket and soak her butt. You may need to keep her pushed down a bit to keep venting water. Wait about 15 minutes, use rag with Johnson's baby soap reach into bucket and give her a good washing
You don't need a lot of soap, maybe a 1/2 teaspoon. Rinse in the same water again you have been soaking in.not much soap cause you don't want to leave a bunch of residue behind. Then wrap her in a towel, keep her warm. Dry her the best you can, and if it's sunny and warm, go sit in the sun with her on your lap. She will dry pretty quickly..30 minutes. Saline spray twice daily on head wound to flush, pat dry. and the Neosporin. This is how we treated our duck after a racoons attach, well over 6 weeks but she did great. Keep her quiet in a cage or large and tall rubbermaid container. I only just read the post and a few responses. Is she drinking? How about food?

This is going to sound silly, but it has worked with all of my hens I've had to treat for bumblefoot. Take an old sock and slip it over her head. If you're worried about her ability to breathe, cut a very tiny hole for her beak. Make sure the water isn't hot, but is warm. Then, the best thing is to just put her in. Hold her wings down so she doesn't get water everywhere, and/or possibly hurt herself.Ok, so I've gotten everything ready but when I try to put her in the water, she is very resistant. Any advice on how to put her in without her stressing?
I would wait for @Eggcessive or @Wyorp Rock to reply. With that bleeding I would not get her wet until someone advises you on what to do. She might not have vent gleet, that is very fresh blood indicating something more. But I would get the scissors out and remove the feathers so you can see better.Ok, so I've gotten everything ready but when I try to put her in the water, she is very resistant. I've haven't noticed any picking, more like she's cleaning herself. However, I did notice that she would peck (or clean) underneath where her injured foot is located. With the limp she has, I think a broken bone is a possibility. What we need is to see if she might have a prolapse that is blleding which is pictured below, or if it is coming from inside. Some feathers may bleed if they are broken off on the skin. If the feather continues to bleed, they can be pulled out with pliers to stop it. There are all kinds of possibilities where she could be bleeding internally, such as cancer, swallowing something sharp recently, or fatty liver disease. Do you think that she was pecking at her sore hip and started it bleeding? Could she have a broken bone inside? Since she is not eating anymore, this sounds like something very serious that might kill her. I would make her comfortable, and offer her water if she will take some. So sorry that you have been working so hard for weeks to save her, and now this happens.
